It’s that time of the year where everybody is posting their grades on facebook and it makes me feel really shitty and spiteful.
Honestly I think that’s one of the shittiest things that you can do. At Pr/inceton there’s like an unwritten rule/code/courtesy that nobody asks for someone else’s grades, no one speaks of grades, no one posts grades. Apparently that same courtesy doesn’t exist elsewhere.
It’s fine to be proud of your grades, but idk.
It just makes me feel so so shitty bc if I posted my grades in high school I would have been WRECKED but like even though I’m at Pr/inceton now I’m just /average/ and I feel like if I went to a different school I would have solid grades too.
It’s like I’m so proud of B+s because they’re SO HARD to get at pr/inceton but then I go on facebook and feel so so shitty about myself it’s like why aren’t I getting A’s I just.
ugh i hate this bc now i’m fucking crying and i just want to enjoy my summer.
